Maintenance and adjustment of plating line equipment
1. Regarding the adjustment of the tension frame (including the retracting and unwinding wire tension frame): the tension frame sensing device has been adjusted and generally does not need to be adjusted. When adjusting, pay attention to the sensing target (cam or triangle, etc.). When the cruise ship falls, the distance between the upper end and the sensing switch is 3 About 15 mm is suitable. When the cruise ship is raised to the highest position, the distance between the lower end and the sensing surface is preferably 15 mm. If it exceeds 15 mm, it is an invalid range. Check that the voltage should change smoothly within the range of 0-10V throughout the travel range. This position is the standard position and do not move it arbitrarily after adjustment. Then turn on the phone and observe the position of the cruise ship, which is preferably in the lower 1/3 position. If it is not in this position, it can be fine-tuned by adjusting the parameter H13 tension center point of the AC62 inverter of the retracting and unwinding machine. When adjusting at the 50 position, pay attention to the cruise ship rising upwards when it is above 50. When the cruise ship falls below 50, you should gradually adjust in units of 5 while observing and adjusting. Do not make large adjustments, otherwise it will cause large fluctuations in the cruise ship and cause loose or broken wires.
2. About the take-up and pay-off machine: When starting up, the machine should accelerate and decelerate at a constant speed, otherwise the system overshoot may cause wire breakage or loose wire. After the I-shaped wheel is tightened, the locking rod should be tightened, otherwise an accident of the I-shaped wheel coming out may occur. You should always check whether there is oil in the oil cup of the air source treatment device (triple unit) of the radio-receiver and adjust the amount of oil in the lubricator. Generally, adjust it to one drop of oil for three strokes of the tightening cylinder movement. The oil is ordinary 20# engine oil ( and cannot be replaced by gear oil). The air source pressure should be adjusted to 0.5-0.6Mpa. Regularly check the tightness of the belt and timely pre-tightening adjustment requirements are: after tensioning, it is appropriate to press down 10-25 mm with the thumb. The dial pin on the dial plate must not be removed, otherwise it may cause the I-shaped wheel to slip due to failure to brake in time during braking. On the one hand, it will cause top wear and on the other hand, it may cause wire breakage.
3. Regarding the adjustment of the mold box: When adjusting the mold box, it should be noted that the arc angle of the drum, the center of the mold, the center of the front guide wheel of the mold box, and the bottom of the single-column steering wheel groove should be on the same straight line as much as possible.
4. Regarding the adjustment of the trolley plate: After a period of use, due to various reasons, the center height of the top of the trolley plate may change slightly, making it inconvenient to load and unload the I-wheel. In this case, the center height should be readjusted. The adjustment method is to remove the trolley plate, take out the trolley axle, and add welding spots at the bottom of the inner groove of the trolley axle positioning holder to increase the height of the trolley plate. The optimal center height is 318 mm and can be extended to a maximum of 320 mm.
5. Regarding electrical cabinets: Electrical cabinets should always check whether the cooling fans, etc. are normal. Because there is a circuit breaker with a thermal tripper inside, when the internal temperature is too high, it may cause the thermal tripper to malfunction and cause large-scale shutdowns, which will bring trouble to production. Come to trouble. Regularly clean the inside of the electrical cabinet with compressed air (power outage cleaning) once a quarter, and tighten the terminal fixing screws such as power supply and power lines.
6. About the cable arranger: Check the operation of the cable arranger: 1) Check whether the speed is uniform during the movement.
