1. Mechanical device

The spot welding machine system consists of three parts: mechanical device, power supply device and control device. In order to adapt to the requirements of the welding process, the spot welding machine adopts a double-stroke rapid air pressure transmission mechanism for the pressurizing mechanism (welding clamp). The opening of the welding clamp can be changed by switching the stroke control handle. It can be divided into large opening and small opening to meet the requirements of welding operations. The normal state is that the welding clamp is open in a short stroke. When the control button is switched to the "power on" position and the handle switch is pulled, the welding clamp is clamped and pressurized. At the same time, the current returns to the short stroke after completing a welding cycle under the control of the control system. open state.

2. Power supply device

The main power circuit is composed of resistance welding transformer, thyristor unit, main power switch, welding circuit, etc. The welding equipment we use is a single-phase power frequency AC resistance welding machine with a power of 200kVA and a secondary output voltage of 20V. Since a variety of vehicle models are produced on the same line, the welding tongs need to weld high-strength steel plates and low-carbon steel sheets, and the gun arm of the welding tongs must transmit large mechanical force and welding current. Therefore, the strength, stiffness, and heat generation of the welding tongs must meet certain requirements. It also needs to have good electrical and thermal conductivity, and the welding clamp is required to be cooled by water, so a new welding clamp whose electrode arm can withstand 400kg pressure is selected.

3. Control device

The control device mainly provides signals to control the action of the resistance welding machine to turn on and off the welding current, control the welding current value, and perform fault monitoring and processing.
